These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of principialabs.io and its subdomains, including Listscope (listscope.principialabs.io), Real World Assets (rwa.principialabs.io) and our sign-in service (auth.principialabs.io) (together, the "Services"), operated by Principia Global Holdings Limited, a company incorporated in the British Virgin Islands ("Principia Labs", "we", "us"). By using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Not investment advice
The Services provide research, data and analytics about digital assets and markets for information only. Nothing on the Services is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation or offer to buy, sell or hold any asset. Digital assets are highly volatile and you can lose all of your money. Make your own decisions and consult a qualified adviser where appropriate.
Data accuracy
Much of the data on the Services comes from third parties, such as exchanges, data providers and blockchains, and some of it is self-reported by those parties. We work to present it accurately, but we do not guarantee that any data is complete, accurate, current or available at any time.
Accounts
You can browse the Services without an account. If you sign in with Google, X, Telegram or a crypto wallet, you are responsible for keeping that account or wallet secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect when you sign in.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Services in breach of any law or regulation;
- interfere with, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Services or their systems;
- access the Services with automated tools in a way that places an unreasonable load on them;
- resell, redistribute or republish substantial parts of the Services' data without our written permission; or
- misrepresent your identity or impersonate anyone.
We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms.
Intellectual property
The Services, including their content, research, design and software, belong to Principia Labs or its licensors. You may view and share our content for your own non-commercial use with attribution to Principia Labs. Any other use needs our written permission.
Third-party services
The Services link to and rely on third-party services, including the sign-in providers and wallets you choose. We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.
Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Principia Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or digital assets, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Services or any data on them. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
